Meghan Samodien
Meghan began her professional journey as a makeup artist, earning a diploma from Vancouverโs premier beauty institute, Blanche MacDonald in 2007. From there she expanded into a Laser Aesthetician at All Body Laser and earned safety and health certification from Bloodborne Pathogens. Over the past few years, Meghan has delved into mastering the art of microblading and eyebrow embroidery. Boasting diplomas from Microblading Fabulous and Face Amour, Meghan quickly found an intuitive knack for creating beautiful, rich, and natural brows for her clients.
Meghan has also received certification in the application of natural eyelash extensions, and has completed numerous courses at Vancouver Paramedical Clinic in medical skincare treatments. Services at Baldwin Beauty now include facial chemical peels, scalp micro-pigmentation, and scar revision therapy.
Most recently, Baldwin Beauty is excited to introduce Cultera Laser technology for advanced hair removal treatments. Alanna Rinas
From just outside of Edmonton, Dr. Alanna Rinas received her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Alberta before moving to Vancouver to attend the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine where she received her Doctor of Naturopathic medicine Diploma.
She has since completed additional training in aesthetic medicine including neuromodulator (Botox), facial fillers and cosmetic PRP. Alanna believes that aesthetic medicine is for anyone that feels their outer appearance doesnโt reflect what they feel on the inside. She is passionate about creating natural, subtle looks to maintain ones appearance and support healthy agin. She is very much looking forward to teaming up with Baldwin Beauty.
Char Ramsay
Char is a compassionate Nurse Practitioner with an artistic eye for detail. She graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012 and worked as a pediatric nurse for 10 years at BC Children's Hospital. In 2021, she graduated with a Masters in Nursing: Family Nurse Practitioner and currently spends part of her time working with youth in mental health and addictions. She has since completed additional training in aesthetic medicine to provide clients with neuromodulators and facial fillers.
Char is an advocate in merging health and wellness to help individuals feel their best and she believes in providing clients with customized care to help preserve and enhance their natural beauty.
