Radiofrequency (RF) microneedling is a minimally-invasive procedure primarily for skin rejuvenation and scar treatment, including improvement of skin laxity, wrinkles, lifting, tightening, acne scars, rosacea, melasma etc.
Microneedling produces controlled micro-injuries to the skin and stimulates the release of growth factors, wound healing process and collagen production. Also, the needles help break down the scar tissue.
RF energy is delivered to the skin through microneedles. RF generates heat at 40-60°C that causes coagulation, protein denaturation or protein structural changes, leading to inflammation and collagen contraction, stimulating the wound healing response and promoting new collagen production.

As we age, the single cell barrier separating the Epidermis and Dermis starts to deteriorate allowing melanin and melanocytes to migrate from the top of this barrier to the deeper dermal layers of the skin. Treating at 300um allows us to repair this barrier and strengthen it to prevent age related pigmentation and melasma. This will also help stimulate collagen, elastins and reduce redness in the tissue.
Treating at 300um allows us to regenerate this specific collagen molecule for plumping/tightening of the skin. Targeting at a more shallow depth than standard RF microneedling to eliminate downtime and leave your skin with a radiant “GLOW”

Microneedling produces new collagen and elastin in the papillary dermis, forming new capillaries that improves skin texture, increases firmness and hydration, and reduces the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and scarring. An initial series that is done 4 weeks apart is recommended.
Following the treatment, your skin will appear red and flushed, comparable to mild sunburn, but that will subside within a few hours. Within the first week, your skin may appear more dry than usual and have mild flakiness.
